Do the charms fit all Crocs shoes?

Yes! All our charms will fit any style of Crocs with the circle holes as our charms have the standard style backing.

How do I fit the charms to the shoe?

All you need to do is push the charm into the desired shoe hole at an angle whilst supporting the shoe from the inside. When removing the charm, please do not pull from the top. Make sure you push from inside the shoe to avoid any breakage.

Where is my order?

Please allow up to 14 days from date of order for delivery just in case of delays. Once your order has been handed to the postage company, unfortunately it is out of my hands. You will receive a tracking number where you can contact the delivery company (our courier is Royal Mail) for help. Please contact us by email info@crocpaperscissors.co.uk so we can help where possible.

I would like my order to arrive as soon as possible?

Please select 1st Class Shipping at the checkout and we will do our best to get your order dispatched within 1-2 working days of ordering.

Can you make more custom designs?

All of our designs take 3-6 week to draw, design and produce. We decide which charms we will bring out next, but we are happy to receive recommendations of what you would like to see in store.
